  • Yes. I am in-network with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice Options. If your insurance offers it, you can also choose to use out-of-network benefits. You will pay my session fee upfront at the end of each session, and then I will provide you with a superbill. This superbill will list the services provided and their fees. You can submit this to your insurance, and the costs will most likely go towards your out-of-network deductible. I encourage you to call your insurance ahead of time to find out the exact process for submitting a superbill and the reimbursement you can expect to receive from claiming out-of-network mental health benefits.

  • My self-pay fee for an intake session is $200. Subsequent 50-minute therapy sessions are $160. A limited number of sliding scale options are available based on need.

  • If you are electing to self-pay or use out-of-network benefits, you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate, which lists the costs of the services to be provided.
